What it's all about:

Gentle Dining is a series of intimate dinner parties on Saturday nights that we've been hosting since the winter of 1995. Each night we provide a very gentle way to experience food by slowing down, meeting new friends and learning about the food culture and customs of different regionS FROM AROUND THE WORLD! This is fun, delicious edible education right here in Bethel, Maine!

So grab your forks and join us for a night or two on our 22nd season!
