Our mission: Education in eating well and eating healthy!
Nestled in the mountain village of Bethel, Maine, sits a small café where we make healthy, enjoyable food from the best ingredients possible. We strive to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible and gladly cater to dietary restrictions such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free.
Stop in for a meal or tasty snack, grab up a meal to go, or pick up something from our grocery section featuring imported and gourmet items.
Food is our common ground. So please come in and share a plate and conversation with us. We would love to meet you.

Next door you'll see a large purple eggplant sign welcoming you to our restaurant.
This old, green Victorian house hosts 12 dinners a year that we call Gentle Dining and space is limited so make your reservations early! For information about the restaurant please explore our Dining Experiences.
